We currently ship across India.

Shipping availability may vary for certain remote locations depending on courier service coverage.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free shipping offers may be available during promotional periods and will be communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts

The package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged Package During Transit

If the outer package appears damaged:

  • Record a video before opening.

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Korean Stop shall not be held liable for courier-related delays once the package has been dispatched.
