At Korean Stop, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in excellent condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is defective or non-functional.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is missing parts or accessories that were listed in the product description.
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
An unboxing video is required to verify damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products purchased during clearance, sale, or special promotional events.
Opened blind boxes, mystery products, collectible items, or sealed products once opened.
Minor variations in color, design, packaging, or finish that may occur due to manufacturer updates.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Any product returned without original packaging.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear images of damage or defect
Unboxing video (if available/requested)
Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.
Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup or customers may be asked to ship the product back depending on service availability.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect.
5. Exchanges
We may offer replacement or exchange instead of a refund when:
The item is damaged.
The item is defective.
An incorrect item was shipped.
Replacement availability depends on stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and shipping charges will not be refunded and will be subject to the return policy mentioned above.
