RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Korean Stop Mysuru, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. We want every customer to have a completely satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Korean Stop accepts returns and processes refunds only under specific conditions as outlined in this policy. All return and refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. ⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT ⚠️

THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Korean Stop has a strict mandatory unboxing video policy for ALL orders without any exception.

✅ Every customer MUST record a clear, uninterrupted and continuous video while opening and unboxing their package from the moment the sealed package is first handled until all products inside are fully visible.

✅ The unboxing video must clearly show —

The outer packaging and courier seal before opening, the unboxing process from start to finish without any cuts or pauses, all products received clearly visible on camera, any damage, defect or wrong item if applicable, and the invoice or order slip if included in the package.

✅ Without a valid unboxing video, Korean Stop will NOT be able to process any return, replacement or refund request under any circumstances — NO EXCEPTIONS.

✅ The unboxing video must be sent to us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours of delivery along with your return request.

⚠️ Partial videos, edited videos, videos recorded after the package has already been opened, or videos that do not clearly show the unboxing process from the beginning will not be accepted as valid proof.

This policy exists to protect both our customers and Korean Stop from fraud, misuse and genuine errors — and to ensure every valid concern is resolved fairly and quickly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 🙏

3. ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN

Return and refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions —

You received a wrong product that does not match your order, the product arrived in a damaged or broken condition due to transit mishandling, the product received is defective or not functioning as described, or the product received is significantly different from what was advertised.

4. NON ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Korean Stop will NOT accept returns or process refunds under the following conditions —

Change of mind or personal preference after purchase, product has been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery, damage caused by the customer after delivery, return request raised after 48 hours of delivery, no unboxing video provided or invalid unboxing video submitted, product packaging is damaged but the product inside is intact and undamaged, items purchased during sales, special offers or promotional pricing, and beauty products including creams, serums, lip products and face packs once opened due to hygiene reasons.

5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

For eligible return cases, Korean Stop will offer a replacement of the same product subject to stock availability. In case the same product is not available, a store credit or refund will be offered at our discretion.

6. REFUND POLICY

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return request has been verified and approved by our team. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or via UPI transfer as per mutual agreement. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Korean Stop's part.

7. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST

Follow these simple steps to raise a request —

Step 1 — Record your complete unboxing video at the time of receiving your package without fail.

Step 2 — Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Step 3 — Share your unboxing video, order details, contact number and a clear description of the issue with our team.

Step 4 — Our team will review your request and unboxing video and respond within 2 business days.

Step 5 — If your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps for return, replacement or refund.

8. RETURN SHIPPING

In cases where a physical return of the product is required, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team. Return shipping costs will be covered by Korean Stop only if the return is due to a wrong or defective product sent from our end. In all other eligible cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

9. FINAL DECISION

Korean Stop reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, replacement and refund requests after reviewing the unboxing video and relevant details. Our team's decision after review will be considered final and binding.
